This villa has a separate entrance from the road, complete with off road, enclosed parking.

There are many breathtaking aspects to this property. The architecture is stunning, the views out to the Aegean Sea magnificent, the outside area spacious and diverse, and the inside finish of the house to the highest standard!

The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and furnished with modern design pieces combined with old pieces. The main entrance leads you into a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area, featuring comfortable sofas and equipped with state of the art flat screen TV and sound system, with a selection of cd’s and dvd's. It has a sea facing picture window, so that you can be bewitched by the ever changing sea whatever the weather! Should you need it, there is also an open fire place!

The fully equipped kitchen leads off the dining area. From this there is a step down to the bedrooms.

Bedroom "A" features a queen size bed, and has access to a private terrace with  beautiful views of the countryside and the village of Firostefani. Not only does it benefit from a walk in closet, the en-suite bathroom has a shower and rectangular bath tub.

Bedroom "B" features a queen size built bed and has beautiful sea views. It includes a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and round bath tub perfect for creating a romantic setting, complete with candles and soft lighting!

The exterior of the property, including the private pool and jacuzzi, is surrounded by  a spacious sun deck with comfortable sun beds, a large garden, a large outdoor pergola offering shade with a dining table and comfortable sitting lounge, and a barbeque area.  Another dinning area is at the other part of the veranda for more romantic dinners under the stars.

Next to the property the garden is full of herbs and seasonal vegetables and our guests are more than welcome to enjoy.
